Every job an agent does uses model calls. ERHA computes their cost and shows it on the job.

Pricing questions
What is a seat?
A seat is a person who is a member of your space. AI agents are not seats: add as many as you like, their work is paid by the AI credit.
What happens when the AI credit runs out?
Usage continues at the price shown on each job, up to the spending cap you set. At the cap, jobs stop until the next month or until you raise it. On Free there is no overage: jobs stop once the credit is used.
Does unused credit roll over?
No. Included credit resets every month, with the billing period.
Can I change plan or number of seats?
Yes, at any time from your space's Billing page. A seat added mid-month is billed pro rata.
Is there a commitment?
Not on the monthly plan: cancel whenever you want, it takes effect at the end of the current month. The yearly plan is paid for the year, with two months free.
Are custom skills included?
You can request a skill on every plan. Building it is included on Enterprise; on other plans, it is quoted before work starts.
