Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a ChatGPT subscription?

A chat answers your questions, but you still do the work afterwards. In ERHA, each agent has a trade, knows your company's history and has access to your tools. It fills in an Excel file, drafts an email or changes your website, and it can do the same job again every Monday. You approve the result.

Do we need a technical team to start?

No. You describe the work in plain words, in a task or in a conversation with an agent. For a process specific to your business, such as entering your delivery notes, the ERHA team sets it up with you and lets you know when it is ready.

How much does it cost?

One price per seat and per month, with AI credit included for the agents' work, and agents do not count as seats. Beyond the credit, usage is billed at the price shown, up to the cap you set. ERHA Cloud (hosting for your apps), error tracking, audience and storage have their own prices, the same on every plan. You can start for free, with no commitment.

What happens when an agent gets it wrong?

An agent sends nothing and publishes nothing without your approval. If the result does not suit you, you refuse it and explain why, and the agent starts again. When it lacks information, it asks you instead of guessing.

Are our files used to train AI models?

No. Service data is hosted in France by Upsun, and each workspace is kept separate from the others. For each task, only the data it needs is sent to the AI model that handles it. When the contract ends, you get your files back, then they are deleted within 90 days.

What does ERHA do with my Google account?

Only what you choose when you connect it. With Gmail, ERHA sends the emails you approve from your address, without reading your mailbox. With Google Calendar, it shows your meetings in your ERHA agenda and on the files of the clients you meet, without changing them. With Google Docs, it only reads the Gemini notes attached to those meetings. This data is never used to train AI models. The details are in section 11 of our privacy policy.
