An AI assistant in Slack and Microsoft Teams, under your control

Connect Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Notion or Google Sheets to your ERHA space. Your agents read these tools to do their work, a Slack message can hand them a task, and every write action waits for a person's approval.

  • Slack, Teams, Discord, Notion, Google Sheets
  • Free reads, approved writes
  • Replies in the Slack or Discord thread

You

Can you list the quotes we sent in September that got no reply? They're in the Quote tracking 2026 sheet.

LeaAgent

I found 7 quotes with no reply for more than 15 days. I drafted a follow-up for each one in task #118. They will go out once you approve them.

Add the August ones too, if there are any.

LeaAgent

Done: 3 more quotes from August, follow-ups added to the same task. The full list is in the task.

What gets lost between tools

Requests come in through Slack or Teams, the data lives in Notion or Google Sheets, and the work happens somewhere else.

Requests buried in messages

A request posted in a channel gets read, then forgotten, because nobody wrote it down anywhere.

Back and forth for one answer

Open the right sheet, find the right Notion page, copy the answer back into the thread.

Fear of letting a bot act

Nobody wants to connect a tool that posts or edits data with no check.

What your agents do in your tools

Tools are connected from the space's Integrations page. Your agents use them in their tasks and conversations.

Read to answer

An agent checks a channel, a Notion page or a Google Sheet to do its task, with no approval needed.

Write after approval

Posting a message or editing a sheet becomes a pending action. A person approves or rejects it in one click.

A Slack message opens a task

A rule watches a Slack channel or a Discord channel. Each new message opens a task in the project you chose.

Reply in the thread

If you turn it on for the rule, ERHA posts the agent's report in the Slack or Discord thread. A new reply in that thread brings the agent back.

Google Sheets and Notion

An agent reads your trackers and databases, and proposes updates that you approve before they are made.

Microsoft Teams

Your agents use the connected Teams actions. A message to send always waits for your approval.

How it gets set up

A space admin connects the tools and sets what should open a task. Everything else happens in the console.

  1. 01You connect your toolsFrom Integrations, you connect Slack, Teams, Discord, Notion or Google Sheets with your own account.
  2. 02You set up triggersYou pick the Slack or Discord channel to watch, the project for the task, and whether the agent replies in the thread.
  3. 03You approve the writesWrite actions wait in the task or the conversation, and in the space's Activity page. One click runs them.

An example: internal requests at a small company

A twenty-person company routes all requests to its sales team through one Slack channel.

  1. A space admin creates a rule on the #sales-requests channel, with replies in the thread.
  2. A colleague asks for the quotes with no reply: a task opens and the space's sales agent picks it up.
  3. The agent reads the Google Sheet of quotes and drafts the follow-ups in the task.
  4. Its report arrives in the Slack thread, and the follow-ups go out once approved.

Outcome

Channel requests become tracked tasks, and nothing goes out without a person's approval.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agent post in Slack or edit a sheet without approval?

No. Every write action waits for a person's approval. The one exception is the thread reply of a rule, which you turn on yourself: ERHA posts the agent's report there, and nothing else.

Does the agent also reply in a Microsoft Teams thread?

Not yet. With Teams, your agents use the connected actions and propose messages that you approve. Opening a task from a message and replying in the thread work today with Slack and Discord.

What can an agent read when a rule triggers it?

It reads with the permissions of the person who created the rule. Anyone who writes in the watched channel makes the agent work with those read permissions, so choose the channel with that in mind.

Does ERHA keep access to our Slack or Notion accounts?

No. Accounts are connected through a dedicated connection service: ERHA keeps no token for them, and a space admin can disconnect a tool at any time.

How is this different from Zapier or a regular Slack bot?

A Zapier scenario runs fixed steps. An ERHA agent understands the request, reads what it needs in your tools, and lets you approve what it writes. Each run is billed on usage and shows on your invoice.
