AI document processing, checked by your team

Invoices, delivery notes, lab reports, quotes, contracts: an ERHA workflow reads your documents as they arrive, extracts the data you need and returns an Excel or Word file ready to use. Anything that fails a check is flagged, never guessed.

  • PDFs, scans, Excel and Word as input
  • Doubtful cases flagged with a reason
  • A visible cost for every run

What manual data entry costs you

Documents come in every format and every supplier has its own layout. Someone always ends up retyping the numbers.

Formats that keep changing

A clean PDF, a crooked scan, a spreadsheet, a Word file: all of it has to end up in the same file.

Line by line retyping

References, amounts and dates keyed into a spreadsheet, one document after another.

Errors nobody sees

A swapped digit or a missing line only shows up weeks later, during an audit.

What a document workflow does for you

Each workflow is built on your real documents and returns the file you already work with.

Invoice data extraction

Supplier, number, date, net, VAT and gross amounts, line items, exported to your Excel template.

Delivery notes and orders

References, quantities and dates read from each note, then compared with the orders you placed.

Lab reports

Results read and compared with your thresholds, with the list of out of range values.

Quote comparison

Several quotes brought into one table, item by item, so you can decide faster.

Checks and flagged cases

Totals, duplicates, missing fields: every document that fails a check is set aside with the reason.

Summaries

A Word summary written from a folder of documents, in your own layout.

New request

What does the skill receive, and what must it return?

Our delivery notes as PDFs. Compare them to the orders and list the gaps in an Excel file.

Can you attach one delivery note and the Excel file you expect for it?

Here are both.

How the workflow gets set up

You do not configure an extraction tool. You show what you receive and what you want back.

  1. 01You describe the needIn a guided interview you drop a few sample documents and the file you expect as output.
  2. 02The ERHA team builds the workflowIt is tested on your documents, checks included. You approve the specification before it goes live.
  3. 03You run it the way you wantBy dropping a file, on a schedule, on a signal from your own tool, through the API or by asking an agent.

An example: a warehouse's delivery notes

A distribution company receives close to a hundred delivery notes a month, as PDFs or scanned at the loading dock.

  1. The logistics manager drops the batch of notes into the space.
  2. The workflow extracts references, quantities and dates from each note.
  3. Quantities are compared with the orders and gaps are listed separately.
  4. The Excel tracking sheet is ready, with the cost of the run shown.

Outcome

The team no longer retypes delivery notes: it checks the flagged gaps and updates its stock.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from plain OCR?

OCR gives you the text of a page. An ERHA workflow reads the document, finds the fields you need whatever the layout, checks them and puts them in your file. Our guide on PDF to Excel data extraction walks through a full case.

What happens when a document is unreadable or inconsistent?

It is flagged separately with the reason: unreadable page, total that does not add up, missing field, duplicate. Nothing is made up to fill a cell.

Where do our documents go?

They stay in your space, isolated from other customers. The workflow reads them to produce the result, and only the people in your space can access them.

How long does it take to put a workflow in place?

The scoping interview happens online, at your own pace. The ERHA team then builds and tests the workflow on your samples, and you approve it before it goes live. The timing depends on how many formats it has to cover.

How much does a run cost?

Every run shows its cost in euros, based on actual usage. You set spending caps for your space.
