Where your hours go

Marketing teams often plan more content than they have time to produce, and every change to the website goes through someone else.

Content running late

Posts on the editorial calendar slip behind everything else, and the blog stops moving.

Changes stuck in the queue

Fixing a line of copy or adding a page needs a developer who has other priorities.

An audience you can't see

Without simple analytics, it is hard to tell which pages and which sources bring visitors.

What your agents take on

You open a task in your website project. Agents do the work in the code, and you review the result on the preview.

Blog posts

The agent writes the post in your repository's blog folder, in the format of your existing posts. You review it on the preview.

Campaign landing pages

One page per campaign, built in your site with your components and your copy, ready for review.

Cookieless analytics

An anonymous tracker installed by an agent: visits, pages, sources and platforms, with no cookies and no one identified.

Social media content

Draft posts drawn from your articles and announcements, which you publish yourself.

Website updates

Copy to fix, a page to add, an image to swap: the agent makes the change and submits it for your approval.

Page titles and descriptions

Titles, meta descriptions and internal links reviewed on the pages you choose, in the site's code.

How it gets set up

Your website becomes an application in your project. From then on, every request is a task.

  1. 01You connect your websiteYour site's repository, on GitHub, GitLab or hosted by ERHA, becomes an application in your project.
  2. 02You open a taskYou describe the post or the page you want. The Start button hands the work to the agents it needs.
  3. 03You approve the previewThe change comes in for review with its preview link. You ask for a fix or you approve.

An example: a webinar campaign

A services company is running a webinar and needs a landing page, a blog post and a few social posts.

  1. The marketing manager creates three tasks in the Website project.
  2. Camille builds the webinar landing page in the site's repository.
  3. An agent writes the blog post and the social drafts from the same event description.
  4. The marketing manager reviews the preview, asks for a change to the headline, then approves.

Outcome

The campaign goes live without pulling in the dev team, and the Audience tab then shows where visitors come from.

Frequently asked questions

Can agents push the site live without approval?

The delivery mode is set for each application. With a merge request, nothing is merged without your approval, and you review the preview first.

Our site runs on WordPress. Does this work?

Agents edit a site whose code lives in a git repository. A WordPress site managed only from its admin panel is not one of them: agents then write the posts and pages, and you publish them yourself.

How does cookieless analytics work?

The script sets no cookies. Each visitor is counted through an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to them. You see visits, pages, sources and platforms.

How is this different from writing posts with ChatGPT?

ChatGPT gives you text to paste. Here the agent writes the post inside your site, in the right format and with its links, and you review it on the preview before it is published.

What does it cost?

Every task shows its cost in euros, based on the agents' actual work. You set spending caps for your space.
