Where your hours go

Between two meetings, follow-up slips down the list: the reminder that never went out, the note that was never taken.

Follow-ups on hold

A quote goes out, then nothing. Writing the follow-up keeps slipping behind the day's urgent work.

A scattered history

Emails in one inbox, meetings in a calendar, notes in a notebook. Nobody has the full picture.

Proposals to write

Every proposal starts from the same template and has to be adapted to the client, the offer and the timeline.

What your agents take on

Everything starts from the client record: agents read its history, prepare the next step, and you decide what goes out.

Follow-ups and check-in emails

The agent drafts the follow-up from the client's history and sends it from your mailbox once you have reviewed it. The reply comes back to the task.

Opens and clicks

Every email sent from a task shows on the client record whether it was opened and which links were clicked.

Meetings and meeting notes

Your Google Calendar or Outlook meetings with a client appear on their record, with Gemini notes when Google Meet produced them.

Status summary on demand

One click writes where the relationship stands: what has been done, open points, the next step.

Contact discovery

ERHA searches your Gmail inbox and calendar for the people you already deal with at a company. You tick the ones to add.

Sales proposals

A skill fills your proposal template with the client, the offer and the timeline, and returns a Word file to review.

How it gets set up

You connect your tools, the ERHA team writes your sales agent, and you stay in control of every email.

  1. 01You connect your mailbox and calendarGmail, Microsoft 365, OVH or another mailbox, plus your Google or Outlook calendar. Sent emails and meetings attach to the client record.
  2. 02You request your sales agentThe ERHA team writes it for your space, with your tone, your offers and your follow-up rules.
  3. 03You review before sendingThe agent drafts, you review and send. Sending without review only exists if you allow it for your space.

An example: following up on a proposal

An eight-person agency sends a proposal to a prospect it met the week before.

  1. The proposal goes out from a task, from the sales rep's mailbox.
  2. The client record shows it was opened three times and the link to the case studies was clicked.
  3. The discovery meeting and its notes are already on the record.
  4. The agent drafts a follow-up based on the points raised in the meeting. The sales rep reviews it and sends it.

Outcome

The follow-up goes out on the planned day with the context of the last conversation, and the client's reply comes back to the task.

Frequently asked questions

Do emails go out without my review?

Not by default. The agent prepares a draft that you review and send. Sending without review is only possible if an admin has allowed it for your space.

Do we have to drop our CRM?

No. ERHA's client records are there for the agents' work: history, emails, meetings, next action. You can import your clients and keep your current tool alongside.

How reliable is open tracking?

It is an indication. Opens triggered by automated scanners are filtered out, and a click counts as an open when images are blocked. Tracking can be turned off for the whole space in its settings.

Which mailboxes and calendars are supported?

For sending: Gmail, Microsoft 365, OVH, Ionos, Infomaniak and other SMTP mailboxes. For calendars: Google Calendar, or an ICS link published from Outlook or iCloud. Gemini meeting notes only come from Google.

How is this different from an automated email sequence?

A sequence sends the same text to everyone on a fixed date. The agent writes each follow-up from the client's history, and you review it. Every piece of work shows its cost in euros.
