Automate the accounting work that eats your month end

Invoice entry, reconciliations, customer reminders, tracking sheets: AI agents do the repetitive work in your files and tools. You review, you approve, and every run shows its cost.

  • Your Excel and PDF files as they are
  • Human approval before anything is sent

Where your hours go

Finance teams spend a large share of the month on tasks that do not need their expertise but leave no room for error.

Data entry

Copying amounts from PDFs into a spreadsheet or a ledger, one invoice at a time.

Reconciliations

Matching statements, orders and payments that never share the same reference.

Reminders

Tracking who paid, writing to those who did not, and recording what they answered.

What your agents take on

Each workflow is built with you by the ERHA team, on your real documents, then runs whenever you decide.

Supplier invoices

Reads PDFs and scans, extracts amounts and references, and exports to your import template.

E-invoice checks

Checks mandatory mentions, VAT rates and totals before booking.

Reconciliations

Matches bank statements, orders and payments, and lists the gaps worth a look.

Customer reminders

An agent drafts each reminder from your mailbox, you review it, and the reply lands back in the task.

Monthly reporting

A cash or margin tracking sheet produced on a schedule, in the format of your own Excel file.

Notes and summaries

A summary of a trial balance, a ledger or a file, written in Word in your own layout.

How it gets set up

You build nothing yourself. You describe the work, the ERHA team builds it, and your agents run it.

  1. 01You describe the workflowIn a guided interview you explain the task and drop examples: an invoice, the file you expect back.
  2. 02The ERHA team builds itThe workflow is developed and tested on your documents. You approve the specification before it goes live.
  3. 03You run it when you wantBy dropping a file, on a schedule, or by asking an agent. The result comes back with its cost.

An example: closing the month

A twelve-person firm receives over a hundred supplier invoices as PDFs every month, some of them scanned.

  1. An accountant drops the batch of invoices into the space.
  2. The workflow extracts each invoice and checks totals and VAT.
  3. Inconsistent invoices are listed separately, with the reason.
  4. The import file is ready for the accounting software.

Outcome

Data entry becomes a review: the team only looks at the flagged invoices.

Frequently asked questions

Can agents book entries without any check?

No. A workflow produces a file or a proposal that you review. A reminder email is only sent without review if you explicitly allowed it for your space.

Do we have to change accounting software?

No. ERHA works with your files: it reads your PDFs and spreadsheets and produces the import file for the software you already use.

What happens when an invoice is unreadable or inconsistent?

It is flagged separately with the reason (missing amount, inconsistent VAT, duplicate). Nothing is guessed: the decision stays yours.

How much does a run cost?

Every run shows its cost in euros, based on actual usage. You set spending caps for your space.

How is this different from an RPA tool?

An RPA bot replays clicks and breaks when a document changes layout. An ERHA workflow reads the content of the document, so it handles invoices from different suppliers.
