Delegate work to AI agents and keep the decisions

One page lists what is waiting for your decision, an agent writes up the week for you, and every job shows its cost. You hand over the work your team no longer has time for, without hiring, and you decide what can go out without review.

  • One page for everything waiting on a decision
  • A visible cost for every job
  • Spending caps you set

You

Give me the summary of the week.

ClaireAgent

This week, 18 tasks were completed, including the September invoice reminders and the packaging quote comparison.

ClaireAgent

3 tasks are waiting for your decision: choosing the cardboard supplier, answering the carrier dispute and the discount a customer asked for.

Each job shows its cost on the task, and the month's detail is on the Billing page.

What keeps a business owner from running the business

In a small company, many topics end up with the owner. The slow part is not deciding, it is knowing what needs a decision.

Scattered decisions

An approval in an email, a question in Slack, a reminder in a spreadsheet: nothing shows what is actually waiting.

The weekly catch-up

Piecing together what got done and what is stuck means asking everyone.

Work waiting for a hire

Useful tasks sit there because nobody has the time to take them on.

What you steer from your space

Agents do the work in your tools. You see what they did, what is waiting for you and what it costs.

The Activity page

The home page of the space lists what needs a person: agent questions, actions to approve, reviews, failures.

The weekly summary

A scheduled task each week, where an agent writes up what is done, what is waiting and what is stuck. On Mondays, an email also lists your open and overdue tasks.

Costs shown and capped

Every job shows its cost in euros. You set spending caps for the space and follow usage on the Billing page.

Customer relationship status

On a customer record, "Take stock" writes up where the relationship stands: what was done, the open points, the next step.

Delegate without hiring

Agents written for your space take on reminders, support or sales follow-up, with your rules and your tone.

Keep the decision

A task moves to review when the work is done. If a decision is yours, the agent asks and the task waits for your answer.

How it gets set up

You start with one specific job, then hand over more tasks once the first one runs.

  1. 01You create your spaceOn your own in a few minutes, or with guidance during a demo. You invite the team members who will approve the work.
  2. 02You hand over the first tasksYou ask Ask ERHA for a custom agent, and you describe your document workflows in a guided interview. The ERHA team builds them.
  3. 03You steer from ActivityYou approve what needs approval, answer the agents' questions and follow costs on the Billing page.

An example: a business owner's Monday morning

A twenty-five-person company hands its agents customer reminders, quote comparisons and the questions that come in through the website chat.

  1. On Monday morning, the scheduled task produces the week's summary.
  2. The owner opens the Activity page: three decisions are waiting.
  3. He approves two outgoing emails and answers the agent's question about a customer's discount request.
  4. On the Billing page, he checks the month's usage against the cap he set.

Outcome

The weekly catch-up happens on one page, and every decision stays his.

Frequently asked questions

Do agents make decisions for me?

No. They prepare and carry out the work you hand them. A finished task moves to review, an email is sent after review unless you allowed direct sending, and an action in Slack or Teams waits for a person to approve it.

How do we keep costs under control?

Every job shows its cost in euros, calculated by ERHA from actual usage. You set spending caps for the space, and billing is usage based.

Is our data protected?

Each space is isolated. When the ERHA team enters your space to help you, the session is recorded in an audit log.

How long does it take to get started?

You create your space on your own in a few minutes, or book a demo to get guidance. A skill then takes a scoping interview, after which the ERHA team builds it.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT answers your questions. Here, agents take on tasks in your tools, carry them through to review, and show you what is waiting for your decision and what each job cost.
