Where your hours go

Legal teams spend a lot of time reading, noting and copying over before the actual analysis even starts.

Contracts to review

Supplier contracts, partner terms, amendments: each one is read clause by clause against your usual position.

Deadlines hard to track

Notice periods, automatic renewals, review dates: they are written in the contracts and nowhere else.

Registers to maintain

Registers and tracking sheets updated by hand, one document at a time.

What your agents take on

Each workflow is built with you by the ERHA team, on your templates and real documents. It prepares the reading; it does not give legal advice.

Review against your templates

Each clause is compared with your template or your position grid. Gaps are listed with the relevant excerpt.

Dates and deadlines

Effective date, term, notice period, renewal: extracted from each contract into an Excel sheet.

Document summaries

A Word note summarizing a contract, a file or an exchange, in your own layout.

Registers and tracking sheets

Your contract register or data processing register updated from the documents you drop in.

Document monitoring

A weekly scheduled task: the agent reads the documents added to the space and writes you a note on what has changed.

Notice period reminders

A monthly scheduled task lists the contracts whose notice date is coming up, with the deadline.

How it gets set up

You build nothing yourself. You describe the review, the ERHA team builds it, and your lawyer stays in charge.

  1. 01You describe the reviewIn a guided interview, you share your contract template, your position grid and an example of the summary you expect.
  2. 02The ERHA team builds the workflowIt is tested on your real contracts. You approve the specification before it goes live.
  3. 03You drop in a contractThe workflow returns its summary with its cost. Your lawyer reviews, checks against the text and decides.

An example: supplier contracts at a mid-sized company

The legal team of a mid-sized manufacturer receives about twenty supplier contracts to approve every month.

  1. The buyer drops the contract received into the space.
  2. The workflow picks out the term, liability, penalty and termination clauses.
  3. It compares them with the company's template and lists the gaps, with the contract excerpt.
  4. The lawyer reads the summary, checks the gaps in the text and writes up her position.

Outcome

The lawyer starts from the gaps instead of rereading the whole contract, and the decision stays hers. The key dates go into the tracking sheet.

Frequently asked questions

Does ERHA replace a lawyer?

No. The workflows prepare a first read: clauses picked out, gaps, dates. They do not give legal advice. Analysis, negotiation and the decision stay with your in-house counsel or your lawyer.

Our contracts are confidential. Where do they go?

They stay in your space, isolated from other spaces and readable only by its members and agents. To be read, they are sent to the AI model set for each step of the workflow, which can be changed without rewriting the workflow.

What happens when a clause is ambiguous?

It is flagged for review, with its excerpt. The workflow does not decide for you.

Which documents are supported?

PDFs, including scans, and Word files. Results come out in Word or Excel, depending on what you described in the interview.

How is this different from pasting a contract into ChatGPT?

The workflow always compares the contract with the same template and the same grid, returns the summary in the same format and shows its cost. Your documents stay in your space, along with the history of past reviews.
