Automate data entry and tracking across your logistics operations

Delivery notes to enter, quantity gaps to check, carriers to chase, tracking sheets to keep up: AI agents do this work in your files, your mailbox and your tools. You keep the decisions, and every run shows its cost.

Where your team's hours go

On the dock or in the operations office, part of the day goes into copying, comparing and chasing, while the work keeps coming.

Entering delivery notes

Copying references, quantities and batch numbers from scanned paper notes into a spreadsheet.

Gaps found too late

A missing quantity spotted at stocktake, too late to claim it from the supplier.

Carrier emails

Emails to read, delays to track and replies to write all day long.

What your agents take on

Each workflow is built with you by the ERHA team, on your real notes and files, then runs whenever you decide.

Delivery and receiving notes

Reads scanned or PDF notes and extracts references, quantities and batch numbers into your receiving sheet.

Gap checks

Compares received quantities with the order and lists the gaps and missing references.

Shipment tracking

An agent reads carrier emails, updates the task and drafts the reply, sent after you review it.

Schedules

A receiving or picking schedule produced at a set time, in the format of your own Excel file.

Tracking sheets

Delays, disputes or volumes by site, refreshed every morning without anyone rebuilding the sheet.

Alerts in Slack or Teams

When a gap or a delay shows up, an agent drafts the message for the right channel. A person approves it before it is posted.

How it gets set up

You build nothing yourself. You describe the work, the ERHA team builds it, and your agents run it.

  1. 01You describe the workflowIn a guided interview you explain the task and drop examples: a few scanned notes, the receiving sheet you keep today.
  2. 02The ERHA team builds itThe workflow is developed and tested on your documents. You approve the specification before it goes live.
  3. 03You run it when you wantBy dropping a batch of notes, on a schedule, on an external signal or by asking an agent. The result comes back with its cost.

An example: the week's goods receipts

A warehouse takes in about forty deliveries a week. The notes arrive on paper and are scanned at reception.

  1. The dock supervisor drops the week's scanned notes into the space.
  2. The workflow extracts each line and matches it to the open order.
  3. Four quantity gaps are listed, with the supplier, the reference and the note in question.
  4. An agent drafts a claim for each gap, sent after review.

Outcome

The receiving sheet is up to date, and the team only deals with the flagged gaps.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agent post in Slack or Teams without approval?

Agents read connected tools freely. Any write, a posted message or an edited sheet, waits for a person to approve it. The one exception, which you turn on rule by rule: when a Slack message opened a task, ERHA can post the agent's report in that same thread.

Do we have to change our warehouse software?

No. ERHA reads your notes and files and produces sheets in the format you already use. Your software can also call the same workflows through the API.

What happens when a note is unreadable?

It is flagged separately with the reason (unreadable page, unknown reference, missing quantity). Nothing is guessed: the decision stays with your team.

How much does processing a batch of notes cost?

Every run shows its cost in euros, based on actual usage. You set spending caps for your space.

How is this different from Zapier?

Zapier chains actions between apps when the data is already structured. Here the work starts with a scanned note or a free-text email: it has to be read, compared with the order and checked for problems. That is what ERHA workflows and agents do, with your approval on what goes out.
